Refund Policy
At CardCollectTCG, we follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product you purchase from us:

is faulty or defective,

is significantly different from the description,

is not fit for its intended purpose, or

does not meet the consumer guarantees under the ACL.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Returns

Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in original condition.

Opened products (packs, boxes, singles, or mystery products) cannot be returned unless they are faulty under the ACL.

Return postage:

If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping.

If you are requesting a return for any other reason, you are responsible for paying return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g. card, PayPal) within 5–7 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to process the funds.
Exchanges / Replacements

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be provided instead.

To arrange an exchange or replacement, please email us at cardcollecttcg@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, unless they are faulty or defective as defined by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

Mystery bundles or mystery products

Clearance, discounted, or promotional sale items
By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and agree that they are final sale, and refunds will only be provided where required by law.
