We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please read our refund guidelines below.

Returns

• We only accept returns for sealed, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

• Opened packs, boxes, or mystery products cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.

• Please contact us with photos at info@cardcollecttcg.com to arrange a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened packs, mystery bundles, and clearance items are non-refundable.
