All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. Below you’ll find our domestic, New Zealand, and international shipping policies.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Standard shipping within Australia & New Zealand: $10 flat rate.
  • Free shipping for orders over $100 AUD.
  • All parcels are sent via Australia Post (or NZ Post partner for NZ) with tracking provided.
  • Estimated delivery:
    • Australia: 2–7 business days
    • New Zealand: 5–10 business days

🌍International Shipping (Outside AU & NZ)

 

 

 

  • We proudly ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia.
  • Standard international shipping: $20 AUD flat rate.
  • Tracking number provided once shipped.
  • Delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

⚠️ Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
  • We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or under-declare values.

🚫 Countries We Do Not Ship To

 

 

 

We currently do not ship to South America, parts of the Middle East, and certain regions of Asia (e.g. India, Indonesia, Philippines) due to shipping delays, high costs, and customs restrictions.
