  • All products are 100% authentic and sealed unless otherwise stated.

  • Product images are for reference only; packaging and artwork may vary slightly.

  • Some products (e.g. mystery bundles) contain randomised contents and outcomes are not guaranteed.

2. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if:

    • stock is unavailable,

    • there is a pricing or listing error, or

    • payment is unsuccessful or flagged for fraud.

  • If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Pricing & GST

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

  • We deliver using trusted carriers (e.g. Australia Post). Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

  • Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the order is handed to the delivery carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

  • Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

    • is faulty or defective,

    • is significantly different from the description,

    • does not do what it is meant to do, or

    • otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:

    • opened or unsealed products,

    • trading card singles,

    • mystery bundles, or

    • clearance/sale items.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, CardCollectTCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage relating to your purchase or use of our products.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Accuracy of Information

  • We make every effort to ensure product details, descriptions, and pricing are correct.

  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur, and we reserve the right to correct these at any time without prior notice.
